[Workforce](https://knowledge.compliancygroup.com/home/workforce?hsLang=en-us) # Exporting Reports Each module within the platform provides built-in export options to help you easily download and review associated data. Follow the steps below to locate and use export features across various modules. #### **Programs and Assessments** To export a Progress report for a program: 1. Navigate to the **Programs** module. 2. Select the desired program from the list. 3. Click the **Export** option on the upper right hand side. 4. Go to the **Policies** module. 2. Click the **Export** button in the upper-right corner. 3. Choose from the following export options: - Policy Summary Report - Attestation Summary Report ![Screenshot 2026-03-31 at 10.46.42 AM](https://knowledge.compliancygroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-03-31%20at%2010.46.42%20AM.png?width=670&height=129&name=Screenshot%202026-03-31%20at%2010.46.42%20AM.png)   Attestation reports can also be downloaded from within each individual policy by selecting the ellipsis (...) next to the desired policy and selecting *View Attestation*. From there an option on the lower right hand side is available to download. #### **Training** To export training records: 1. Navigate to the Learning module and select Trainings. 2. Click the **Export** button in the upper-right corner. 3. Select one of the following: - Course Summary Report - available in CSV and PDF format - Employees Course Summary ( CSV file that includes records for all active trainings) ![Screenshot 2026-03-31 at 10.50.10 AM](https://knowledge.compliancygroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202026-03-31%20at%2010.50.10%20AM.png?width=670&height=95&name=Screenshot%202026-03-31%20at%2010.50.10%20AM.png) Training reports can also be downloaded from within each individual training by opening the desired training and using the export options on the upper right hand side. If you have **Legacy training** from the previous training module: 1. Navigate to Training 2. Use the Ellipsis on the right hand side to select " *View Legacy Training*" 3. Navigate to the **Vendors**, **Applications**, or **Assets** module. 2. Click the **Export** button in the upper-right corner. 3. The export will include relevant records from the selected module in CSV or PDF format.
