The Dashboard provides a real-time summary of your organization’s compliance progress in The Guard. It displays key metrics, graphs, and recent activity across all modules. The Dashboard is primarily informational and requires minimal interaction.

• Active Employees – Total number of active employees  (People Module)

• Active Vendors – Total number of active vendors  (Vendors Module)

• Active Policies & Procedures – Total adopted policies(Policies & Procedures Module)

• Active Locations – Total organization locations  (Admin Module)

• Active Incidents – Total active incidents (Incidents Module)

Graphs

• • Overall Compliance Score – A weighted score based on:
    • Program Control Response %
    • Program Control Met Status %
    • Program Control Freshness %
    • Employee Attestation %
    • Training Completion %
    • Vulnerable Asset Protection %
  • Open Issues – Total number of open tasks, trainings, and vulnerabilities across all modules. Updates in real time.

Displays recent actions across the system, including:

• User who made the change
• Module affected
• Location
• Description of the action

Issues (Upcoming & Past Due)

Shows items that require attention:

• Upcoming scheduled issues
• Past due items

Includes basic details such as due date and location.
